It has been discontinued in Japan for a long time, so many people have been looking for it.

It features an even thicker body and a thicker, tapered grip than the Dr. Grip.

Most "300 series" refills from various manufacturers, such as FriXion Knock, Zebra SARASA, and Pentel EnerGel, are compatible.
This allows you to freely replace refills with various line widths and colors.
The genuine replacement refill is Pilot's standard "G2" type.
Widely available in Japan.
